Project Overview
A historic St. Louis building converted to apartments and brought up to modern residential electrical standards, with D&R carrying the design-build electrical scope from early planning through final trim.
D&R handled the complete electrical scope for the Trader Lofts apartment conversion: the incoming service and house distribution gear, in-unit power and lighting, corridor and common-area lighting, and full building exterior lighting.
Scope of electrical work
- Service and house distribution gear
- In-unit power and lighting
- Corridor and common-area lighting
- Building exterior and site lighting
- Historic conversion coordination
- Design-build gear selection and planning
Design-build delivery
The project was delivered as a design-build partnership with the developer. D&R carried the electrical from early planning and gear selection through unit power, lighting, and final trim, coordinating directly with the design-build team throughout.
